Initially, Edward and Mabel Pansie moved to Spokane and built Pansie’s Auto Garage in 1919. They lived on the second level of their family business, and Spokane became their home. During 1949, Lindsey Softwater purchased the building. Lindsey Softwater provided the Spokane area with water solutions. Then, in 2020, H2O Solutions purchased Lindsey Softwater.
